I have been using the system now for quite some time. My favorite feature about the system is the 'follow up email' after purchase. I think that is an outstanding option to have. After the product has been purchased, an e-mail gets sent to the customer asking for personal feedback, which is truly effective. Highly recommended.

I've been searching for a ratings & review script for weeks. Installed loads of trial ones and basically they all suck in features and ease of implementing into your site compared with the Rating-System. Most others take over your entire site having to use templates. Easy to use and a great way to get feedback on my business. Rating-System rocks!

This is a very useful free system that can be upgraded. I have tried others, this has the most options and yet simple to use. At less than the price of any of its competitors, your get great analytics, solid performance, easy-to-use templates, and great customer service.
